Al Med Retail is looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to support café operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The position is suited to a hands-on hospitality professional with strong coffee-shop and Front-of-House leadership experience.
The successful candidate will supervise daily café operations, lead and coach the front-of-house team, maintain service and product standards, support stock control, and handle customer concerns professionally. Experience with leading hospitality brands in the UAE is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily coffee-shop and Front-of-House operations.
- Lead, train, motivate, and coordinate café team members.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Monitor workflow and staffing to maintain efficient operations.
- Support inventory control and stock-management procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive guest experience.
- Ensure company policies and operating standards are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in coffee-shop or café operations.
- Strong Front-of-House leadership experience.
- Experience with leading UAE hospitality brands is preferred.
- Excellent team leadership and customer-service skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach.
