Melodica Group is expanding its Dubai team with seven full-time vacancies across procurement, technical services, customer service, HR administration, front-desk management, photography/video, and graphic design. These openings provide opportunities for candidates with relevant specialist experience who want to join a growing and collaborative organization.
Available Positions
- Purchaser / Buyer – Retail purchasing experience and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP knowledge preferred.
- Piano Technician / Tuner – Strong experience in piano tuning, maintenance, and repair.
- Customer Complaints Resolution – Strong complaints-handling and customer-service experience with confident communication.
- HR Admin – Tagalog Speaker – UAE HR administration experience, onboarding, employee records, and Tagalog language skills.
- Front Desk Manager – Sales/customer-service background plus leadership, training, performance, and roster-management experience.
- Photographer / Videographer & Editor – Strong photography, videography, editing, and social-media content skills.
- Graphic Designer – Strong visual-design skills and experience producing digital, social-media, and marketing creatives.
General Responsibilities
- Perform duties and specialist tasks associated with the assigned position.
- Coordinate with internal teams and contribute to departmental targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver reliable operational support.
- Provide professional customer service where the role requires direct customer interaction.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience and qualifications according to the position applied for.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Relevant UAE experience is an advantage.
- Specialist technical, creative, procurement, HR, or customer-service skills as outlined for each vacancy.
