Melodica Group is expanding its Dubai team with seven full-time vacancies across procurement, technical services, customer service, HR administration, front-desk management, photography/video, and graphic design. These openings provide opportunities for candidates with relevant specialist experience who want to join a growing and collaborative organization.

Available Positions

1. Purchaser / Buyer – Retail purchasing experience and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP knowledge preferred.
2. Piano Technician / Tuner – Strong experience in piano tuning, maintenance, and repair.
3. Customer Complaints Resolution – Strong complaints-handling and customer-service experience with confident communication.
4. HR Admin – Tagalog Speaker – UAE HR administration experience, onboarding, employee records, and Tagalog language skills.
5. Front Desk Manager – Sales/customer-service background plus leadership, training, performance, and roster-management experience.
6. Photographer / Videographer & Editor – Strong photography, videography, editing, and social-media content skills.
7. Graphic Designer – Strong visual-design skills and experience producing digital, social-media, and marketing creatives.
