Pricing Executive / Customer Service

FreightAce Shipping LLC is seeking a motivated Pricing Executive / Customer Service professional to join its Dubai logistics team. The position combines freight-pricing support with customer service and is suitable for experienced candidates as well as freshers who have relevant logistics or freight-forwarding knowledge.

The successful candidate will prepare quotations, coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and customers, follow up on rates and bookings, and ensure enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and follow up on freight quotations.
• Coordinate pricing information with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and logistics partners.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely service updates.
• Follow up on freight rates, bookings, and shipment status.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support retention.
• Assist with day-to-day pricing and freight-forwarding coordination.

Requirements

• Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and quotation-preparation abilities.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures is an advantage.
