Rental Sales Coordinator

VRS Technologies LLC is hiring a Rental Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support its AV and event-rental business. The role is suitable for a customer-focused professional who can manage enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate closely with sales, operations, and technical teams.

The successful candidate will help ensure that customer requirements are understood accurately and that rental orders progress smoothly from enquiry through execution. UAE-based candidates are preferred, with AV rental or event-rental experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries for audio-visual rental services.
• Prepare accurate rental quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams for project execution.
• Maintain customer records, rental documentation, and follow-up schedules.
• Assist with sales administration and daily coordination.
• Support achievement of rental sales and customer-service targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in AV rental or event rental operations.
• Basic knowledge of AV equipment and rental solutions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• UAE residency is preferred.
• Husband/spouse visa holders are preferred.
