Compliance Officer is a full-time opportunity with Commitbiz in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Commitbiz is seeking an early-career Compliance Officer in Dubai to support AML, KYC, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, risk assessments, and regulatory documentation. The position is suited to a detail-oriented professional who wants to develop practical compliance and risk-management expertise. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.
Job Details
- Salary: AED 5,500 – 8,500 per month (Estimated)
- Experience: 0–1 Year in AML/KYC or Compliance
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with AML, KYC, and customer due-diligence procedures.
- Conduct PEP, sanctions, adverse-media, and UBO verification checks.
- Support enhanced due diligence and compliance-monitoring activities.
- Review compliance alerts and assist in identifying potential risks.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, case files, and regulatory documentation.
- Support adherence to UAE AML/CFT requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Assist the wider compliance team with monitoring, reporting, and documentation tasks.
Requirements
- Zero to one year of experience in AML, KYC, or compliance.
- Knowledge of UAE AML/CFT requirements and KYC, CDD, EDD, and UBO processes.
- Familiarity with PEP and sanctions screening, adverse-media checks, and alert review.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- UAE CSP/DNFBP experience is preferred.
- goAML, ICA, CAMS, or ACAMS certification is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to build a career in compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidential records and follow documented procedures.
