Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time opportunity with OurShopee in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. OurShopee is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior and leadership-level recruitment across UAE and GCC markets. The role requires strong executive-search capability, market knowledge, sourcing expertise, talent mapping, and a proven ability to close managerial and senior leadership positions. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, managerial, and leadership positions.
• Source and attract candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across UAE and GCC markets.
• Manage recruitment processes through successful closure of senior roles.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver hiring solutions.
• Conduct recruitment market research and identify relevant talent pools and trends.
• Maintain professional networks across relevant industries and seniority levels.

Requirements

• At least five years of UAE recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong Dubai, UAE, and GCC hiring exposure.
• Demonstrated experience closing senior managerial and leadership positions.
• Strong headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Senior Talent Acquisition experience is preferred.
• Fluent English communication; Hindi is preferred.
• Strong understanding of executive search and senior-level recruitment.
• Ability to independently manage complex recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
