✅ Job Requirements:
- Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM operations
- Experience managing FM services within residential/commercial towers
- Experience under Owners Association Management teams is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Visit visa or cancellation visa holders preferred
