A leading Dubai-based organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join its finance team, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. This role is built for a finance professional who’s spent years deep in valuations, financial modelling and transaction advisory work and is ready to take on more strategic responsibility.
You’ll be central to evaluating investment opportunities, running due diligence, and guiding clients through real estate and corporate finance transactions. Relevant professional certifications and GCC market exposure will carry real weight here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out real estate and business valuations using DCF, Comparable Market Analysis and other established methodologies
- Building financial models, feasibility studies, investment appraisals and business cases
- Leading financial due diligence and supporting M&A and transaction advisory work
- Producing detailed valuation reports, presentations and client deliverables
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and other strategic financial decisions
What you bring:
- 5-8 years in Corporate Finance, Valuations, Transaction Advisory or Investment Banking
- Real estate sector experience is essential
- A professional qualification such as CFA, CA, ACCA or MRICS is preferred
- UAE or GCC market experience is a strong plus
- Strong command of financial modelling, valuation techniques, feasibility studies, DCF and Comparable Market Analysis
