Job Overview
Mulkin Flux is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Accountant to manage UAE corporate tax work and support regulatory compliance in Dubai. This position is suited to an accounting and tax professional who can handle tax calculations, prepare returns, maintain supporting schedules, and coordinate reporting with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate should understand applicable UAE corporate tax requirements and be able to manage tax-related responsibilities independently. Familiarity with UAE VAT and general accounting principles is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare corporate tax calculations, returns, and filings accurately and within applicable deadlines.
- Review financial information and supporting records to identify the data required for tax reporting.
- Maintain organized tax documentation, reconciliations, schedules, and evidence supporting calculations.
- Monitor compliance with UAE Corporate Tax legislation and related regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely updates and reports on tax matters to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Assist with tax planning, financial reporting, and wider compliance activities when needed.
- Coordinate with accounting colleagues to resolve questions and ensure financial records support tax submissions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Four to eight years of relevant accounting and tax experience in the UAE is required.
- Extensive hands-on experience with UAE Corporate Tax is essential.
- Strong understanding of corporate tax laws, regulations, return filings, and compliance processes is required.
- Ability to manage corporate tax responsibilities independently is important.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and general accounting principles is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are expected.
