Job Overview
A manufacturing business in KEZAD is seeking a Cost Accountant / Finance Executive to monitor production costs, maintain reliable cost records, and help managers understand financial performance. The role combines hands-on cost accounting with budgeting support, analysis of production expenses, and the preparation of accurate reports for operational decision-making. Candidates should be comfortable working with plant-level information and coordinating with operational teams.
Success requires accuracy, clear communication, reliable follow-through, and consistent adherence to workplace procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Track direct and indirect manufacturing costs, including raw materials, production usage, and overhead expenses.
- Maintain cost-accounting entries and support periodic costing finalization for products and production activities.
- Compare actual costs against standards, investigate variances, and summarize findings for management.
- Assist with operating budgets, forecasts, and analysis of cost movements or unusual expense trends.
- Update inventory valuations and costing records in ERP systems, including relevant Tally or SAP workflows.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to keep reporting accurate and support cost-control actions.
Requirements
- Bring 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Have practical knowledge of manufacturing costing, expense allocation, and cost monitoring.
- Understand budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial record maintenance.
- Be comfortable using ERP accounting tools; Tally and SAP familiarity is specifically relevant.
- Communicate clearly, analyze financial data carefully, and manage recurring deadlines.
- Be open to regular travel between operational sites when required.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance); postgraduate finance qualification. Experience: 3–5 Years.
Relevant skills include Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Tally, SAP, ERP, Inventory Valuation. Candidates should be ready to explain relevant experience and how they maintain quality and accuracy.

Compensation: AED 8,000–AED 10,000 per month.
