Course Adviser

UKCBC Dubai is seeking a results-driven Course Adviser to join its admissions team. If you have a knack for guiding people through decisions and a background in admissions, recruitment, or education sales, this role puts that skill set to work helping prospective students find the right course.

You’ll be the main point of contact for prospective students from first enquiry through to enrolment — answering questions, building trust, and steadily moving enquiries toward enrolment targets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Guiding prospective students through course options and admission procedures
• Generating student leads and supporting enrolment targets
• Communicating with prospective students via calls, emails and meetings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with students and applicants
• Following up with interested candidates throughout the admissions journey
• Maintaining accurate student information and admissions records
• Supporting marketing and recruitment activities to boost enrolments

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in student admissions, student recruitment, or education sales
• A target-driven mindset focused on enrolment goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort handling prospective student inquiries professionally
• UAE/GCC education sector experience preferred
