The hiring organization is seeking a capable and motivated CRM Executive to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to day-to-day operations while working in a professional environment where accuracy, communication, and timely delivery are important.
The position sits within the Mineral Water / FMCG function and requires CRM, Customer Service, or Sales Coordination experience required. Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree/diploma in business administration, marketing, customer service, or a related field. The indicated compensation is AED 4,500–7,000 per month (Estimated). The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and information within CRM systems.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers on enquiries and requirements.
- Coordinate requests between customers, Sales and Delivery teams.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and monitor service-related actions.
- Track orders and follow-ups and prepare regular CRM reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Spouse Visa holders are preferred.
- Mineral or drinking water industry experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in CRM, customer service or sales coordination.
- Strong CRM/ERP skills and communication in English and Hindi; additional UAE languages are advantageous.
