Opportunity Overview
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is inviting applications for the Site Nurse position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The opportunity is designed for professionals who can apply practical expertise in construction / healthcare while maintaining dependable standards in day-to-day work.
The role focuses on construction site occupational health; first aid; emergencies; health records; dha/moh licence/eligibility. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment where accuracy, communication and consistent execution are important. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with colleagues.
Role Details
- Work location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Schedule: Full Time
- Experience level: Minimum 2–3 years nursing
- Education: Registered Nurse with valid DHA/MOH licence or eligibility
- Estimated compensation: AED 5,500 – AED 8,000 per month
Core Duties
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to construction personnel when incidents occur.
- Monitor worker health, wellbeing and fitness for work within the site environment.
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes and incident documentation.
- Support occupational health and safety activities and promote appropriate workplace health practices.
- Coordinate with project teams and relevant medical services when a worker requires further assessment or treatment.
Ideal Candidate
Applicants should be Registered Nurses with at least two to three years of nursing experience and a valid DHA/MOH licence or eligibility. The role requires confidence in first aid, emergency response, clinical documentation and occupational health support within a construction setting.
