Almadallah Healthcare Management is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join its team in Dubai. This role suits candidates with a healthcare background who are passionate about providing excellent customer support to patients and clients, fluently in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services
  • Assist patients and clients with service-related requests and concerns
  • Communicate professionally with customers in Arabic and English
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Provide high-quality customer service while following company policies and procedures
  • Support daily customer service operations and maintain a positive client experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical or Healthcare-related field is mandatory
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Previous customer service experience is required, preferably within Healthcare or Insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle customer concerns with professionalism and patience
