Almadallah Healthcare Management is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join its team in Dubai. This role suits candidates with a healthcare background who are passionate about providing excellent customer support to patients and clients, fluently in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services
- Assist patients and clients with service-related requests and concerns
- Communicate professionally with customers in Arabic and English
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide high-quality customer service while following company policies and procedures
- Support daily customer service operations and maintain a positive client experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical or Healthcare-related field is mandatory
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Previous customer service experience is required, preferably within Healthcare or Insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle customer concerns with professionalism and patience
