Hawk Freight Services FZE is looking for a Customer Service Executive who already knows the freight forwarding and logistics world inside out. This is a role for someone who’s comfortable being the calm, informed point of contact customers turn to when they need a shipment update or a problem solved.
You’ll manage customer inquiries end to end, coordinate with operational teams and overseas agents, and keep shipments moving smoothly from quotation through delivery — all while juggling a fast-paced logistics environment with a level head.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer inquiries, service requests, and shipment updates
- Coordinating with operations teams, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents
- Preparing quotations and following up on shipment documentation
- Tracking shipments and keeping customers informed with timely status updates
- Resolving customer concerns with effective, practical solutions
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Coordinating internally to keep shipment handling smooth end to end
What you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- A solid understanding of air and/or sea freight operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
- A customer-first mindset with a genuinely proactive approach
