e& CX Solutions is expanding its Ajman team and hiring motivated Customer Service Representatives to deliver great experiences through outbound calling and digital chat support.
You’ll handle customer inquiries, promote products and offers, and build lasting relationships — all while hitting quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced BPO environment. Banking or call center background is a strong plus, and bilingual English/Arabic skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Respond to inquiries through chat support accurately
- Promote products, services and special offers
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements
- Strong command of English and Arabic
- Previous customer service, telesales or call center experience preferred
- Banking experience highly desirable
- Positive, adaptable attitude
Salary: AED 4,500–6,500 per month (estimated)
