A growing Food & Beverage company in Sharjah is expanding its hospitality operations and hiring across five front-of-house and kitchen roles for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals.
Open positions include Barista, Guest Service Associate, Waiter, Commis 1 and Kitchen Steward. Arabic language skills are preferred for the Barista role and required for Guest Service Associate. If you’re passionate about hospitality and already UAE-based, this is a great entry point into a growing F&B brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience
- Perform duties per assigned role in F&B operations
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively for smooth daily operations
- Follow company policies and hospitality standards
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or F&B experience preferred
- Arabic language skills required/preferred depending on role
- Must currently reside in the UAE
Salary: AED 2,500–5,500 per month (estimated)
