Debt Collection Officer

Sanco UAE is looking for a target-driven Debt Collection Officer to manage outstanding customer payments and lead collection activities in Dubai. You’ll be out in the field as much as you’re on the phone, building relationships with customers, negotiating realistic payment arrangements, and working steadily toward monthly collection goals.

This role calls for confidence, strong negotiation instincts, and the ability to work independently. You’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running, so immediate availability and a valid UAE driving license are must-haves.

What you’ll be doing

• Following up with customers on overdue and outstanding payments
• Conducting field visits and carrying out collection activities
• Communicating with customers to understand payment issues and negotiate arrangements
• Ensuring agreed payments are collected within required timelines
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and collection activity
• Working toward monthly collection targets and assigned KPIs
• Handling customer queries and resolving payment-related concerns professionally
• Providing regular updates on collection progress

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in debt collection, field collection, banking or finance
• Immediate joiners only
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• UAE work experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and comfortable working independently
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting preferred
