Debt Collector is an opportunity with Altamayez in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Full Time position is suited to professionals who can apply relevant knowledge, communicate effectively, manage priorities, and maintain high standards in a professional working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s day-to-day performance and help deliver reliable results within the assigned function.
The role requires Debt collection, banking or financial services experience preferred together with Bachelor’s Degree; home-country degree attested by UAE MOFA. Candidates should demonstrate practical capability, attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required. Where applicable, local UAE or GCC experience, market knowledge, professional licensing, language ability, or specialist systems knowledge will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements.
- Record collection activities.
- Achieve collection targets.
- Handle payment-related queries.
- Coordinate account recovery with internal teams.
- Follow professional collection procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with UAE MOFA attestation.
- Debt collection/banking experience advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Effective customer interaction.
- Knowledge of collection and recovery techniques.
Compensation
The advertised compensation is AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month + incentives (Estimated). Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant experience, technical knowledge, and measurable results during the selection process.
