DHA Compliance & Admin Officer is a full-time opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates within the Healthcare Administration / Medical Training sector. The successful candidate will play an important role in prepare, submit, and follow up on dha noc, cme accreditation, khda course, and regulatory applications, while also helping the team coordinate documentation for workshops, training programs, speakers, trainers, and committee members.

Role Details

  • Employment: Full Time
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of healthcare administration, medical training, DHA compliance, or similar experience
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Salary: AED 6,000–9,000 per month (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on DHA NOC, CME accreditation, KHDA course, and regulatory applications.
  • Coordinate documentation for workshops, training programs, speakers, trainers, and committee members.
  • Support CME/CPD accreditation processes and maintain regulatory compliance records.
  • Maintain application trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, trainers, speakers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with course administration and general office activities.

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant healthcare administration, medical training, or DHA compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of DHA NOC, CME, and CPD processes is preferred.
  • Must currently be based in Dubai.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
