Dialysis Technologist

Job Overview: AMSA Healthcare is seeking a qualified Dialysis Technologist to support its dialysis team in Ras Al Khaimah. The position focuses on safe operation of hemodialysis equipment, patient-treatment monitoring, documentation, infection control and coordination with clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor hemodialysis machines and associated treatment equipment.
• Prepare dialysis machines, consumables and treatment stations before procedures.
• Observe treatment parameters and report patient or equipment irregularities promptly.
• Apply infection-prevention and healthcare safety procedures throughout treatment.
• Clean, disinfect and perform basic maintenance on dialysis equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and required clinical documentation.
• Assist with identifying and resolving equipment problems.
• Handle medical waste and used dialysis materials according to applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses and other healthcare staff.
• Keep the dialysis unit organized, clean and operational.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dialysis Technology, Renal Dialysis Technology or a related field.
• Valid MOH License or MOH Eligibility is mandatory.
• Previous dialysis-center or hospital experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of hemodialysis procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of infection control, equipment troubleshooting and UAE healthcare protocols.

Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
