Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documents, submissions, registers and technical records.
• Prepare or coordinate MEP and HVAC designs and associated technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain electrical BIM models using Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, consultant and contractor teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and planning activities using Primavera P6.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and technical submissions.
• Identify coordination or technical issues and support timely resolution.
• Contribute to effective project execution, documentation and engineering coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Proven construction and MEP project experience.
• Background in residential and commercial building projects is relevant.
• Knowledge of MEP/HVAC design and coordination.
• BIM experience with Revit MEP and Navisworks for applicable roles.
• Understanding of electrical planning and engineering activities.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling for applicable planning responsibilities.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
