A leading name in the UAE fit-out industry is seeking a seasoned Document Controller to keep its project paperwork airtight from kickoff to handover.
This role calls for someone who’s lived and breathed document control on fit-out projects, is fluent in Oracle Aconex, and takes real pride in a well-organized document register.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and maintaining project documents and records
- Handling document revisions, transmittals, and registers
- Coordinating document flow between project teams and stakeholders
- Ensuring documentation complies with company and project requirements
- Keeping accurate filing and tracking of project documents
What you’ll bring:
- 8–10 years of Document Control experience
- UAE fit-out industry experience — mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex
- Solid knowledge of document control procedures, revision control, and transmittals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 (estimated)
