Capriole Construction Co. L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Safety Officer to keep its UAE construction sites safe, compliant, and running without incident.
You’ll be the frontline voice for site safety — spotting hazards before they become problems, coaching crews through toolbox talks, and making sure every project stays firmly within UAE HSE regulations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards across construction sites
- Conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Delivering toolbox talks and promoting safe work practices on site
- Preparing and maintaining safety reports and incident documentation
- Ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety requirements
- Supporting the rollout of safety procedures and corrective actions
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction safety experience
- NEBOSH qualification — mandatory
- ADOSH General Practitioner or Senior Practitioner status — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices
- Hands-on experience in site safety management, hazard ID, risk assessment, inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting
- Currently available in the UAE and able to attend a physical interview
