    Job Description

    A Dubai-based company is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project and company documentation, maintaining document control systems, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

    This position is ideal for professionals with strong administrative capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in structured project or office environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Manage and maintain company and project documentation
    •  Ensure proper filing, storage, retrieval, and version control of documents
    •  Distribute and track documents across departments and project teams
    •  Maintain accurate records and update document control systems
    •  Support project teams with documentation requirements and updates
    •  Ensure compliance with company document management procedures
    •  Assist with reporting and administrative documentation activities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in document control or a related field

    • Strong English communication skills

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

    • Ability to work efficiently in a structured office environment
