Redeck Pools is on the lookout for a Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join our Dubai team. If you have a Civil Engineering background and you’re the kind of person who gets satisfaction from a perfectly organised filing system, accurate revisions, and smooth document workflows, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time role where you’ll be the glue that keeps project documentation together — making sure drawings, submissions, and approvals never slip through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage project records and filing, keeping everything audit-ready and easy to access. You’ll track drawings, submissions, approvals, and reports, and coordinate document workflows across the project. Controlling revisions and distribution will be a big part of your day, along with supporting project teams with any documentation they need. You’ll also maintain records and assist with reports, making sure everyone has the right information at the right time. If you enjoy being the organised backbone of a construction project, this role will feel like a natural fit.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in document control and project coordination
- Familiarity with construction drawings, submissions, and approvals
- Experience coordinating with consultants and clients
- Comfortable using MS Office and document management systems
- UAE construction experience is preferred
- Immediate availability is preferred
