About the Role
Are you a dependable and safety-focused driver who values punctuality and professionalism? We are looking for a Driver to support our operations by ensuring efficient staff transportation and errands across various UAE locations. This role is vital to our daily operations, and your responsibilities will directly impact our staff’s performance and comfort.
This is more than just a driving job—you’ll be a key part of the Facilities Department, offering support when needed, maintaining vehicle standards, and ensuring smooth logistical flow. You’ll be the face of reliability and service excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off homecare staff to designated locations across the UAE.
- Carry out purchases and errands for the facility as directed.
- Maintain an organized driving schedule to avoid delays and disruptions.
- Remain reachable at all times during working hours, especially during emergencies.
- Report any vehicle-related maintenance needs to the Fleet Coordinator and Admin Assistant promptly.
- Notify Facilities Administration of all issues (e.g., accidents, delays, or schedule changes) immediately.
- Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, in good condition, and smoke-free at all times.
- Comply with all Department of Transportation rules and driving regulations.
- Assist in moving items within the office or accommodation premises as needed.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Facilities Department.
