Autolink Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller Manager to join its construction project team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in construction documentation, record management, and project coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation, ensuring proper document flow, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project teams with timely access to critical information. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of construction document control procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation within an organized document control system.
- Track, update, distribute, and archive project documents across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, and record-keeping of construction-related documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and site teams regarding document flow and approvals.
- Maintain document control registers, logs, and version control records.
- Implement and monitor company document control procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation requirements and quality standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete documentation records.
- Manage digital document management systems and electronic filing platforms.
- Monitor document submission schedules and ensure timely distribution of project information.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of document control procedures, filing systems, and record management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks while meeting project deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy.
