Autolink Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller Manager to join its construction project team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in construction documentation, record management, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation, ensuring proper document flow, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project teams with timely access to critical information. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of construction document control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all project documentation within an organized document control system.
  • Track, update, distribute, and archive project documents across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper filing, indexing, and record-keeping of construction-related documents.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and site teams regarding document flow and approvals.
  • Maintain document control registers, logs, and version control records.
  • Implement and monitor company document control procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with project documentation requirements and quality standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete documentation records.
  • Manage digital document management systems and electronic filing platforms.
  • Monitor document submission schedules and ensure timely distribution of project information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of document control procedures, filing systems, and record management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks while meeting project deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy.
