Job Overview
AGC Gulf Group is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to support online restaurant, supermarket and quick-commerce operations in Dubai. The role requires one to three years of relevant experience and practical familiarity with online ordering platforms. The successful candidate will manage digital listings and order workflows, help coordinate fulfilment and monitor performance across multiple marketplaces. This position suits someone who is organized, analytical and comfortable working in a fast-moving service environment.
The coordinator will work with platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Keeta, Noon Food, Smiles, InstaShop and Careem, as well as internal restaurant, supermarket and delivery teams. Accurate menus, prices, product availability and promotional information are important to the customer experience. The role also involves using POS and order-management integrations and reviewing operational performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online delivery and quick-commerce marketplace accounts and daily operations.
- Update product listings, menus, pricing, promotions and stock availability.
- Monitor incoming orders and coordinate timely fulfilment with operating teams.
- Support integrations and workflows involving Foodics, UrbanPiper, FineDine or similar tools.
- Assist with promotional campaigns to improve online visibility and sales.
- Monitor ratings, feedback, cancellations, refunds and platform-related issues.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and identify potential improvements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and KPI reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in UAE food delivery, supermarket e-commerce or quick commerce is required.
- Hands-on experience with Talabat, Deliveroo, InstaShop, Careem, Noon Food or similar apps is expected.
- Knowledge of Foodics, UrbanPiper, FineDine or related POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong Excel, analytical, communication and coordination skills are required.
- Experience with online promotions, pricing and sales growth is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to manage several platforms at the same time.
