Job Overview
Hydrotech Line Contracting and Water Distribution is building its project team for a large-diameter ductile iron water transmission pipeline project in Fujairah. The recruitment covers nine openings across project leadership, engineering, planning, quality, site coordination, NOC management and site safety. These positions are suited to professionals who understand the technical and operational demands of water transmission or utility pipeline works in the UAE. Successful candidates will contribute to coordinated project delivery, keeping construction activities aligned with approved drawings, schedules, quality expectations and site safety requirements. The advertised monthly salary range is AED 8,000 to AED 25,000, depending on the selected position and the candidate’s experience; this range is an estimate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, plan or support assigned activities for the water transmission pipeline project according to the requirements of the specific position.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors and relevant stakeholders to keep engineering, planning and site activities aligned.
- Monitor construction progress, work quality, safety practices and project schedules, and raise issues that could affect delivery.
- Prepare or maintain technical reports, project records, planning documents and other required submissions.
- Support quality inspections, site engineering, utility coordination, NOC activities and safety management as applicable to the role.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant qualification suitable for the assigned position.
- Relevant experience in UAE water transmission, utility pipeline or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of EtihadWE, ADDC, AADC or comparable utility standards is an advantage.
- Positions available: Project Manager, Project Engineer, Planning Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, two Site Engineers, NOC Engineer and two Safety Officers.
Skills and Competencies
- Good understanding of water transmission pipelines, utility infrastructure, site operations and construction project coordination.
- Working knowledge of UAE engineering standards, quality control procedures and site safety practices.
- Strong organization, communication and teamwork skills; a valid UAE driving licence and immediate availability are preferred.
