Job Overview
OCTA Properties L.L.C. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee residential and mixed-use development projects in Dubai. The position carries responsibility for coordinating construction delivery from the early stages through completion, with close attention to schedule, cost, workmanship and site safety. The manager will act as a key link between contractors, consultants, internal departments and senior management, ensuring that project teams understand their responsibilities and that progress is reported clearly. Candidates must bring substantial construction management experience in the UAE or wider GCC and be comfortable working in a role that combines technical oversight, commercial awareness and people coordination. The estimated monthly salary is AED 20,000 to AED 30,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential and mixed-use construction projects from project start-up through completion and handover.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants and project stakeholders, helping teams resolve day-to-day delivery issues.
- Track project schedules, construction quality, budgets and overall performance, and act on areas that need attention.
- Ensure that site activities follow Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, project procedures and company policies.
- Prepare regular progress reports and provide senior management with clear updates on milestones, risks and project performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least eight years of experience in construction management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous UAE or GCC construction experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction project management, scheduling, budgeting and quality control.
- Good understanding of HSE regulations and the ability to maintain safe working practices across project sites.
- Leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage several project priorities.
Employment Details
Full-time role based in Dubai, UAE. Estimated salary: AED 20,000–AED 30,000 per month. The role requires on-site project coordination and regular communication with contractors, consultants and management.
