Al Salam Community School, an independent, family-run Dubai institution with over 40 years of educational heritage, is seeking a dedicated Primary English Teacher to join its multicultural team.
You will deliver high-quality English instruction within a supportive school community that values holistic student development — helping every child flourish academically, emotionally, and socially. British curriculum experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver English lessons to Primary students in accordance with curriculum guidelines
- Monitor individual student progress and adapt support to each child’s learning needs
- Create engaging, positive classroom environments that nurture student well-being
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
- Contribute to student assessments and progress reporting
- Support the wider school community through departmental and extracurricular involvement
Requirements:
- Qualified teaching qualification (mandatory)
- Experience teaching Primary English; British curriculum experience is preferred
- A deep commitment to holistic student development
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for working with young learners
