English Teacher (Primary)

Al Salam Community School, an independent, family-run Dubai institution with over 40 years of educational heritage, is seeking a dedicated Primary English Teacher to join its multicultural team.

You will deliver high-quality English instruction within a supportive school community that values holistic student development — helping every child flourish academically, emotionally, and socially. British curriculum experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver English lessons to Primary students in accordance with curriculum guidelines
• Monitor individual student progress and adapt support to each child’s learning needs
• Create engaging, positive classroom environments that nurture student well-being
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
• Contribute to student assessments and progress reporting
• Support the wider school community through departmental and extracurricular involvement

Requirements:

• Qualified teaching qualification (mandatory)
• Experience teaching Primary English; British curriculum experience is preferred
• A deep commitment to holistic student development
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for working with young learners
