Social Media Content Creator

TODA, Theatre of Digital Art at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking a creative, camera-ready Social Media Content Creator who specializes in short-form video to capture the energy of live performances and digital art experiences.

You will work on-site, shooting and editing Reels and TikToks in real time — transforming concerts, wellness sessions, and live shows into captivating content that genuinely connects with a local Dubai audience. Speed, creativity, and authenticity matter more than polished production suites.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit short-form video content on-site at live events (Reels, TikToks)
• Capture concerts, wellness sessions, shows, and other digital art experiences
• Stay ahead of social trends and turn around content rapidly
• Use mobile editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) to produce publish-ready content
• Build and grow an engaged local Dubai audience through authentic storytelling
• Ensure content tone and style align with brand identity and audience objectives

Requirements:

• Proven ability to shoot and self-edit content using mobile tools
• Strong understanding of short-form video formats and current social media trends
• Comfort appearing on camera when needed
• Based in Dubai with familiarity with the local content and social scene
• Fluent in English
• Focus on authentic engagement and audience growth over vanity metrics
