A growing media and business services organization in Dubai is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive support and keep a fast-paced business running seamlessly.

You will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate communications, prepare business documents, and handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Prior experience supporting C-level executives in an agency or financial services environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and action-item follow-ups
  • Support office administration and daily operational activities
  • Act as liaison with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Manage executive workflows using Zoho and Monday.com

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Previous experience in an agency or financial services environment (required)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • High degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Proficiency in Zoho, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
