Job Overview
Speed Auto Systems is hiring an ERP Sales Consultant for its Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role is suited to a sales professional who enjoys technology, business solutions, and developing long-term client relationships. The consultant will promote ERP, software, and automation solutions, understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the sales process. Experience in ERP or software sales is preferred, especially where it relates to automotive businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities for ERP, software, and automation solutions.
- Understand prospective customers’ business requirements and recommend software solutions suited to their operations.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to explain system features and business value.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads throughout the sales process, maintaining regular contact with prospects.
- Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers and prepare quotations for interested clients.
- Follow up on opportunities, negotiate where appropriate, and work toward closing sales and meeting assigned targets.
- Build lasting client relationships and maintain clear records of sales activity.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is indicated.
- Experience in ERP sales, software sales, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- UAE sales experience is an advantage; automotive, vehicle leasing, dealership, workshop, car rental, or fleet experience is a plus.
- Applicants must currently be based in the UAE.
Skills
Useful strengths include software knowledge, consultative selling, lead management, customer relationship management, product demonstrations, and business communication. The consultant should be able to connect client needs with practical ERP and automation solutions.
Employment Details
This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, within ERP and automotive software sales. The estimated monthly salary is AED 6,500–10,000. A relevant bachelor’s degree is indicated.
