Job Overview
Transcorp International is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Dubai. The position focuses on maintaining an efficient workflow, supervising operational staff, and ensuring accuracy across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control. The supervisor will monitor productivity and operational performance while ensuring that warehouse processes meet company standards. Previous experience in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and organise work to maintain an efficient flow of activity.
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control processes.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure that stock records and warehouse processes remain organised.
- Lead warehouse employees, allocate work, and support productivity across operational activities.
- Monitor operational performance and help the team achieve required service and productivity targets.
- Use warehouse management information to follow order fulfilment progress and identify operational issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations and team supervision is required.
- Good knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control processes is expected.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is important.
- Previous experience in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre is highly preferred.
- Candidates should be able to manage team productivity and monitor operational KPIs.
Skills
The role requires team leadership, workflow coordination, inventory control, operational organisation, and familiarity with fulfilment processes. The ability to use WMS tools, monitor KPIs, and communicate clear instructions to warehouse staff will be valuable.
Employment Details
This is a full-time warehouse and logistics position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The estimated salary is AED 5,500–7,500 per month. A specific academic qualification is not stated; relevant operational and supervisory experience is required.
