Al Tatawwar
Al Tatawwar is looking for a results-driven ERP Sales Specialist to drive new business across the UAE, selling Odoo, ERPNext and similar enterprise platforms to companies looking to modernize their operations.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through demos, proposals and closing — while partnering with functional consultants on pre-sales. Strong consultative selling skills and real ERP domain knowledge across finance, CRM, inventory and HR modules will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, identify and qualify new ERP sales opportunities
- Understand client business operations and ERP requirements
- Conduct demos and presentations of Odoo, ERPNext and similar platforms
- Develop tailored proposals, quotations and project scopes
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to close
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams during pre-sales
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close B2B deals
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline against targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in ERP or B2B software sales
- Proven experience selling Odoo, ERPNext or comparable platforms
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills
Salary: AED 12,000–18,000 per month (estimated)
