Tajdeed Vocational Training Center is looking for a warm, dedicated Customer Happiness Ambassador in Dubai to be the first friendly face and voice its customers meet.
You’ll handle inquiries, resolve concerns and build lasting relationships that keep customers satisfied and loyal — all while working closely with internal teams to make every interaction seamless. Bilingual English/Arabic communication and a genuine people-first attitude are key to succeeding in this role.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer handling or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Customer-focused, positive, professional attitude
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Salary: AED 4,500–6,500 per month (estimated)
