Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is hiring an experienced Audit & Compliance Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead internal audit, compliance, governance and risk management across the organization.
You’ll work closely with senior management to build strong audit strategies, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with AML and regulatory standards. This leadership role also involves supervising and mentoring an audit and compliance team, so strong people leadership matters as much as technical audit expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal audit and compliance activities
- Develop governance, risk and internal control frameworks
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and AML standards
- Identify operational risks and recommend solutions
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Supervise and mentor the audit and compliance team
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in Audit, Risk Management or Compliance
- At least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, AML, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; professional certification a plus
Salary: AED 18,000–25,000 per month (estimated)
