A prominent UAE organization is seeking a Vice President – Corporate Finance to lead strategic financial operations across a diversified business portfolio in Abu Dhabi, with a clear pathway toward senior C-suite finance leadership.
This executive role covers capital strategy, treasury management, M&A evaluation and financial modeling, along with building relationships with banks, investors and lenders. You’ll also manage and mentor a senior finance team while shaping major investment decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate finance strategies
- Lead capital planning, funding strategies and treasury operations
- Evaluate acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and transactions
- Oversee financial modeling, valuation and transaction assessments
- Build relationships with banks, investors and lenders
- Manage and mentor senior corporate finance teams
- Provide strategic financial insights for major decisions
- Drive improvements in financial performance and capital efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; MBA/CFA preferred
- 18+ years in corporate finance, investment banking or treasury leadership
- Proven experience managing complex capital structures
- GCC experience highly preferred
Salary: AED 60,000–90,000 per month (estimated)
