Job Overview
The Team Builders is seeking an Events Sales Professional to represent two hospitality venues in Dubai, including a premium pet-friendly café and an Italian restaurant and lounge. The role focuses on generating event revenue and building strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will convert enquiries into bookings, coordinate tailored event details, and work with chefs and operations colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Experience selling events in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or hotels is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate bookings for corporate functions, private parties, celebrations, and special events.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and secure confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate event requirements, menu options, pricing, and customized requests with chefs and management.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and operations teams before and during events.
- Maintain client relationships and support repeat business.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have experience in events sales in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or hotels.
- Hold a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree where applicable.
- Communicate confidently and build professional client relationships.
- Be organized and able to manage multiple enquiries and event projects at once.
- Understand hospitality operations and follow through on client requirements and event details.
