Job Overview
Sphere IT Global is seeking an experienced IT PMO professional to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives in Dubai. The role is focused on project governance, planning, delivery oversight, and clear reporting across a portfolio of technology projects.
The selected candidate will coordinate across project teams and senior stakeholders, monitor progress against agreed plans, and maintain governance standards. Strong organization, analytical thinking, and communication are required, together with substantial experience in IT projects or PMO operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and digital transformation projects.
- Maintain project schedules, status reports, governance documentation, and performance indicators.
- Track risks, issues, milestones, dependencies, and actions across project workstreams.
- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare updates and reporting materials for leadership and governance meetings.
- Identify opportunities to improve project controls, reporting quality, and delivery consistency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least eight years of relevant experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Understand IT project management, PMO governance, and digital transformation.
- Be able to organize multiple workstreams and manage reporting deadlines.
- Demonstrate analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and careful documentation.
