Job Overview
PM Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for a Dubai-based technology opportunity. The role suits a senior professional experienced in enterprise software, SaaS products, digital transformation, and large delivery programmes across the UAE and GCC.
The manager will oversee cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering and product stakeholders, manage risks, and report to executives. Agile and hybrid delivery experience and ICAgile and PMP certifications are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional delivery teams to keep work on schedule and at the required quality.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Report progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic options to executive leadership.
- Manage timelines, resources, and delivery risks across complex programmes.
- Improve delivery processes using Agile and hybrid methods.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least eleven years of experience in technology, SaaS, or digital product delivery.
- Bring experience delivering enterprise software, e-commerce, or government digital service projects.
- Have led multiple Agile delivery teams and large regional programmes across the UAE or GCC.
- Hold ICAgile and PMP certifications; further product management qualifications are an advantage.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior executives.
