Job Overview
Wonderful Group of Companies is recruiting a Pest Control Supervisor in Dubai. The position is intended for a professional who can oversee day-to-day pest control services, guide technicians, coordinate multiple sites, and maintain service quality and safe operating practices.
The supervisor will plan work, address customer concerns, and ensure appropriate chemical handling and safety procedures are followed. A valid UAE driving licence and relevant Dubai Municipality approvals or pest-control certifications are advantages.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pest control jobs and ensure scheduled work is completed efficiently.
- Allocate tasks, coordinate technician schedules, and oversee activity across service locations.
- Ensure correct pest-control procedures, safe chemical handling, and required protective practices.
- Monitor service quality and maintain accurate operational and client records.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to coordinate service requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and support consistent customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have practical experience in pest control operations and team supervision.
- Understand pest-control procedures, safety rules, and chemical-handling practices.
- Be able to manage technicians, schedules, and more than one work site.
- Demonstrate communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Dubai Municipality approvals or relevant pest-control certifications are an advantage.
