Job Overview
Julith Coffee is expanding its Dubai team and is recruiting for café supervisor, waiter/waitress, housekeeping attendant, and specialty barista opportunities. The positions suit people who enjoy hospitality, guest service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
UAE hospitality or food-and-beverage experience is preferred, and candidates able to join immediately are encouraged to apply. Applicants currently in the UAE, including those on visit or cancelled visas, are invited to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver courteous service based on the assigned role.
- Café supervisors help coordinate shifts, service standards, and daily team activities.
- Waiters and waitresses assist guests, communicate orders, and support smooth dining service.
- Specialty baristas prepare beverages consistently and keep the coffee service area organized.
- Housekeeping attendants maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene expectations in assigned areas.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and follow company operating standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous UAE experience in food and beverage or hospitality is preferred.
- Be available to join immediately.
- Maintain professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a helpful approach with guests.
- Work effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
