High Deal Businessmen Services is looking for an experienced Typist to join its growing team in Dubai. A good fit for candidates with hands-on experience in UAE typing centers or PRO services and a solid understanding of government portals used for business and immigration-related transactions.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and processing official applications, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with relevant government authorities. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications and official documents through UAE government portals
- Support daily PRO services and business setup transactions
- Prepare, review, and submit documents accurately and on time
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding application procedures and approvals
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Provide administrative support related to documentation and typing services
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a UAE typing center or PRO services role
- Strong working knowledge of UAE government portals
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Candidates should be able to commute to Dubai or relocate before joining
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DET, and other UAE government portals, UAE business setup and PRO documentation processes, Microsoft Office and document management systems
