Facility Manager

Burjeel Holdings is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take charge of day-to-day building operations across its Dubai facilities. This is a role for a hands-on operator who thrives on keeping complex environments running smoothly, safely, and efficiently — someone who notices the small maintenance issue before it becomes a big one.

You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, vendor management, and compliance, making sure the physical environment supports the wider organisation’s standards for safety and service. Experience in hotel or hospitality-style facilities management is highly valued given the operational tempo of the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance schedules
• Ensure ongoing compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to keep operations running smoothly
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly to minimise disruption

What you bring

• Proven experience in facility management, ideally within hotels or hospitality
• Solid understanding of building operations, maintenance systems, and HSE practice
• Strong vendor management and team leadership capability
• A practical, problem-solving approach and good organisational skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality-driven environment
