Sales Executive

PTC MENA, a name well known in the construction and heavy-equipment space, is hiring a Sales Executive to grow its presence among piling and foundation contractors across the UAE. This role suits a field-first sales professional who is comfortable driving to site, building rapport with contractors face-to-face, and closing deals on used equipment, rentals, and spare parts.

You’ll spend much of your time out visiting project sites, following up with existing clients, and chasing new opportunities across the UAE construction market. It’s a role that rewards persistence, industry knowledge, and a disciplined daily routine.

What you’ll be doing

• Promote and sell used equipment, rental packages, and spare parts
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with piling and foundation contractors
• Visit project sites regularly and follow up directly with customers
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage rental and spare-parts requests
• Maintain consistent daily follow-up to keep the sales pipeline moving
• Work toward and deliver on sales targets through active field engagement

What you bring

• Experience selling into construction, piling, foundation, or heavy equipment markets
• Good familiarity with the UAE construction sector
• Arabic language skills (mandatory)
• A disciplined, hard-working approach with strong follow-up habits
• Valid UAE driving licence (required for regular site visits)
