Fashion Retail Sales Associate

Mario Bologna is growing its Dubai retail team and wants passionate, customer-focused Fashion Retail Sales Associates on board. This is a role for people who light up in a luxury retail setting — helping shoppers put together looks they love while chasing sales goals with genuine enthusiasm.

You’ll be on the floor helping customers pick products, offering styling advice, keeping the store looking sharp, and nurturing the kind of relationships that turn one-time shoppers into regulars. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and delivering a standout shopping experience
• Guiding customers through product selection and styling recommendations
• Working toward individual and store-wide sales targets
• Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Building lasting customer relationships that drive brand loyalty
• Supporting daily store operations, stock management, and inventory tasks
• Delivering excellent service at every point of the customer journey

What you’ll bring:

• Fluency in Russian and English
• Arabic language skills are a plus
• Prior experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for fashion and delivering great service
• A sales-driven mindset with a focus on hitting targets
• Flexibility to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
