Finance Manager

GCC Solutions is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of its financial operations in Dubai. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone confident managing cash flow, payroll, budgeting, and compliance while working closely with senior leadership on the bigger business picture.

You’ll lead the finance team day-to-day, keep the numbers airtight, and act as a trusted partner to leadership on strategic decisions — a role with real room to make an impact in a growing organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations and reporting
• Overseeing cash flow planning and financial management
• Supervising payroll processing and maintaining regulatory compliance
• Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and statutory requirements
• Leading and mentoring the finance team while supporting business strategy

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• At least 5 years of finance experience
• A minimum of 2 years managing a finance team
• A strong background in cash flow management and payroll operations
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior management
• A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an advantage
